Charities Seeking Contributions from CDW
CDW contributes to qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that are located and/or operating near a CDW location. CDW offices are located in the following areas:

• Chandler, AZ
• Shelton, CT
• Chicago, IL
• Mettawa, IL
• Vernon Hills, IL
• Eatontown, NJ
• Voorhees, NJ
• North Las Vegas, NV
• Herndon, VA
• Madison, WI

Priority is given to those organizations that are supported by our CDW coworkers through their own donations and volunteer efforts. Organizations must help the underprivileged to help themselves. Most grants fall into the following focus areas:

• Technology
• Education
• Children
• Helping Hands

CDW expects the highest standard of ethics with regard to all organizations, their directors and employees who benefit from contributions made. CDW and our coworkers believe in our values and we seek out partnerships from other organizations who strive for the same in their fields.

CDW is continually re-evaluating its funding priorities and processes. Our guidelines may be revised from time to time.

CDW does not consider contributions to:

• Individuals
• Capital campaigns
• Religious organizations, (except when accredited schools are involved)
• Politicians, political organizations or lobbying activities
• Local organizations that raise funds to send overseas

All organizations seeking charitable contributions from CDW must prove tax-exempt eligibility under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Tax Code.

All requests must be submitted online, using our charitable contribution application. Only complete requests will be considered.

While we are unable to fulfill all the requests we receive, we do our best to help as many organizations as we can. If you have any questions, please e-mail them to donations@cdw.com.

Corporate Grant Requests are reviewed on a quarterly basis.

CDW Customers and Vendors Seeking Contributions
CDW values the partnerships we have with our customers and vendors. Occasionally, CDW will make contributions to 501(c)(3) status charitable organizations that our customers and vendors support. If you are a CDW customer or vendor/partner and would like to have a charity considered for support, please complete the application that corresponds to you:

While we are unable to fulfill all the requests we receive, we do our best to help as many organizations as we can. If you have any questions, please e-mail them to donations@cdw.com.

As a courtesy, please allow at least 2 weeks for your request to be reviewed.
