Amazing Color Laser Printer!
If you're in the market for a color laser printer that prints quick, high quality pictures and is Wifi accessible, look no further! The HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw is the perfect printer for you. I've been wanting a color laser printer for a while now and have finally had a chance to try one.
QUALITY: I've been testing this printer for about two days now and have printed around 30 pages of photos, stickers, and documents. I can say that my prints have come out very vivid, despite not changing any settings. Other printers I've tried needed me to change the settings before getting ideal prints.
NOISE: I did notice that the printer may be a bit loud when printing. There is a setting you can choose to select Quiet Print Mode and it definitely helps tone it down. It also prints pretty fast so it doesn't stay noisy for long.
SETUP: The only reason this review lost a star was because of the setup. The struggle I had was the recommended driver when I was initially setting the printer up. When I started printing, the printer kept giving me an error message. However, upon Googling solutions, I was able to solve the issue. The amazing part of setup was that though the printer does not come with a printer cable to connect directly to my PC, I was able to easily connect it via Wifi. This makes it so much easier and it's one less cable to manage!
OVERALL: I am really enjoying this printer and will be using it for my small business. Though the initial setup was messy, I'm glad I got through that hurdle to enjoy these prints! Definitely look into this printer if you are in the market.

Efficiency and Vibrancy
I recently had the opportunity to use the HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw, and I have to say that it exceeded expectations in every way. As a person who does a lot of printing for both personal and professional purposes, finding a printer that delivers on speed, quality, and reliability is paramount; well, the 3201dw doesn't disappoint on any of these fronts.
First of all, let me say something about speed. The 3201dw is reasonably fast when printing and can dispose of even large jobs in a few seconds. Fortunately, the 3201dw excels here, too. Colors are vibrant and accurate in printing. It takes my documents and images and brings them alive with incredible clarity.
A feature I appreciate is this printer's connectivity options. It can be connected wirelessly and can print wirelessly, either locally or from around the globe. It is so convenient to print your documents and photos from a smartphone or a tablet. This makes it much easier to print and adds a whole extra level of flexibility to the already fantastic machine.

A Great Tool for Your Office
I’ve been wanting to upgrade to a color laser printer and am very pleased with the quality of this printer.
The display menu is easy to read which is not always the case. It’s easy to navigate through the settings and tools.
I like that it has a closed paper drawer so that the paper doesn’t get warped or damaged. It feeds through cleanly with no jams.
I love the convenience of being able to use the app on my phone to send jobs to my printer. It connected right away to my WiFi network. I didn’t have to make any updates on my computer.
The printer is incredibly fast and produces very good quality color and black-and-white copies. I do a lot of printing related to my hobby/club and this printer will make projects much easier for me.
I do wish the power cord was a little longer. I recommend considering the length of the cord when deciding on the placement of the printer in your office.
The ink levels were 15% when I did setup so it’s a good idea to have some replacement cartridges ordered too.

Outstanding Printer
The HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw far exceeded my expectations. I have had great HP printers for years but this one surpasses all of them. The print speed is incredible. In seconds, a high quality printout is ready for my portfolio to show buyers. It comes out dry, and ready to put into a sheet protector. As a sports card dealer, accurate depictions of high-end cards are crucial to my success and the detail in the printout shows the condition of corners, wear, etc. perfectly. Setting up the printer was easy and took about 20 minutes plus the firmware update. When printing, the unit is solid and smooth. I have not experienced any paper jams and the color is true to the file sent. The wi-fi connection is reliable and whether printing from the app or the computer, it is reliable. Very impressed with every aspect of this printer and am confident it will serve me well.

Easy Set Up!
I got this printer to replace an aging printer. I have bought several printers and returned them because the setup process was impossible. The HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw was the exception. Setup took less than 15 minutes. I was very impressed! This is just one of the reasons that I would recommend to my friends. The flyers that I printed came out crisp and clear. There was no color bleeding. This will be a great printer for daily use in my support for local music.
The touch screen is very easy to use and very responsive. Something else that was not on my old printer. The size is great and it seems to be built very well.
I will definitely recommend this printer to anyone currently looking for a LaserJet printer.

Great quality and compact design
Nice looking, compact design and easy to use!
The setup was a breeze. Nice little screen where you can complete the setup, input WiFi settings and set up everything within 10 minutes.
Print quality is really good and I do print on different type of paper including recycled - it comes out great. The second tray has a nice little feature - the printer pulls in the paper/envelope/card and aligns it perfectly so the printout comes out perfectly straight.
Printer is very fast and not noisy like my previous one.
I don’t see any cons so far, I am really happy with this one and would recommend it to everyone.

Great printer for family
I used this printer Hp 3201dw for a week, so far I think it’s a nice printer for family. The quality of printing is pretty good. Setup is quite easy and convenient. Printing is fast.
One disadvantage is that you have to use a USB cable to setup the wireless option.
Overall it is a good printer.

Great addition to my office
This HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw has been a joy right from the box. Took from the box, connected power, downloaded and installed drivers, connected to internet and I was printing. Toner was even pre-installed from factory. It is quiet, prints duplex, collates, and has wonderful color; everything I wanted.

Great First Impression
Set-up was SUPER easy Everything was on the screen, and I didnt even open the instruction book until I had set it up! The hardest part was getting it out of the box! It was packed in very well. The printer connected to my wi-fi easily and I then did a test print of lined paper from the available templates. It was crisp and well printed. I then sent one of my photos to the printer and before I could walk from the living room to the office it had printed. The color was vibrant and detailed. My first impression is that it's going to be a great printer.

I first noticed how well HP packaged this printer !! It's pretty big so you're going to need a sturdy table to set it onto. It's wrapped and packaged well to ensure it arrives safelt and it definitely did , despite the box being a little roughed up, the printer was in PERFECT condition. It was so far the easiest of all of my printers to set up, including ZERO issues connecting to the wifi router which is a HUGE plus. The printer is FAST and the color is SUPER BRIGHT and CRISP and it has the paper exit at the top so no need to pull out a tray. So far I am impressed with this amazing new addition.

Great entry into laser printing
After starting a small home business that required label printing, I decided a laser printer would probably be the best way to go, but I was very put off by the prices of laser ink cartridges when compared to inkjet. When I saw the HP 3201dw I felt the price of the printer was worth the gamble and decided to jump on board. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that while more expensive the black xl laser cartridge can print 3,100 pages so despite the high price this still made it a good value.
The first thing I noticed when the printer arrived was the size and weight, this thing is large and heavy. I was actually a little concerned my flimsy printer stand would not be able to handle it. Once I got it out of the box and made a space for it, the setup was surprisingly easy. I have always had to download large software packs and jump through hoops to install a printer, but with this one, all I had to do was connect it to WIFI and search for it on my windows printer and scanner application. I was able to find the printer and connect within minutes. After a quick software update, I was printing my first sheet.
This printer is FAST! I had 5 pages printed before I even realized it, I honestly thought the printer had paused to think, but no it was done! I love the easy auto feed front tray for using different types of papers. This tray comes in really handy for me because I print out a lot of label stickers and usually do different-sized sheets. All I have to do is feed the sheet into the little slot, select the tray and it prints my sheets without fail. I had no plans to download the app for my phone, but I decided to try it out and was very happy to find that I can utilize my phone as a scanner with the app. I thought I had lost the ability to scan.
Overall, I am really enjoying this printer as an easy-to-use, no-frills, entry-level laser printer. I love that it is not complicated by excessive buttons or even a touch screen, it does exactly what I need it to do for my small home business and it does it well.
